A BRIEF INTRO

Began the short trip from earning a bachelor's degree to earning a master's to becoming the managing partner of Raj Referees Arbitration Centres.

In addition to representing private interests in court, the litigant also upholds his social obligations by representing the public interest in court.

Being a panel arbitrator for the industrial bank to getting chosen as an arbitrator in disputes between private parties. Mr G. Rajesh developed as a person in addition to an advocate and an arbitrator after gaining knowledge from business and social responsibilities!

Not to mention his noteworthy accomplishments as a counsel in numerous instances and as a counsel for the Madras High Court.

From being an executive member of the madras high court advocates association to being a Librarian of the madras high court advocates association.
From treasuring books to treasuring the law, Mr G. Rajesh will be vying for the role of treasurer. There is no better person than we could have asked to occupy this position.

Immediately on being elected as Librarian, during December vacation 2016, he organized to clean the Library reference hall using external labourers and the tables were painted. Thereafter he engaged technicians to repair the air conditioners. Further he had purchased water dispenser (Hot and cold) of his own funds and installed in the library reference hall.

For the first time, he initiated and took steps to give Internet Connection along with WIFI net connectivity facility to the library reference hall for the welfare of members and for usage of online softwares which were not installed in the systems available in the library reference hall.

During his tenure, he had organised to conduct seminars and study sessions for judicial examinations by inviting senior counsels and other eminent lawyers.

He personally visited Sitaram & Co, Law Book Shop and purchased Journals, Commentaries from MHAA funds. he had also co-ordinated with President, Secretary and other office bearers for the betterment of the Library reference hall.

He initiated steps in all the legal proceedings by the association and cases against the association by engaging Advocate Mr.PVS Giridhar to defend the association. ( Thanks to Shri PVS Giridhar for not charging for his appearance)

He will be the best candidate for the post of treasurer because not only he has the necessary qualities, he plan to dedicate time and effort to complete all tasks required of him. He looks forward to working with the other office bearers getting involved with the activities of the MHAA
